Does this service have an additional cost?
No. The Auto Debit Service is included with our Private Processing Nodes, at no additional cost of license, installation or maintenance.
What payment methods do you have available?
Debit and credit cards internationally and, in Colombia, direct debit from bank accounts (Bancolombia and other banks of the network). In total, more than 40 payment methods in Latin America, and we add integrations continuously.
Do the retryings have any cost?
No. Our system does automatic retry 1 time a day for 20 continuous days. If you do not find funds, you will suspend the collection process automatically so that you do not continue spending on impossible collections.
Do you offer an initial management training?
Yes. We give you access to our Private Teaching Cloud Platform, where you and your collaborators will be able to do the course of use of the tool, at their own pace and with support from our team.
How do I authorize a customer to automatically debit?
The customer gives his consent once (on your website, app or by form with digital signature). We save that consent together with the token of payment, ready to submit to any request or claim.
Can I charge variable amounts every month?
Yes. In addition to fixed amount charges, you can send variable charges for consumption, service hours or outstanding balance, with pre-customer notices and caps that you define.
What if a client claims a charge?
Each bill is backed by signed consent, token and transaction log. From the panel downloads the complete voucher to answer unknown charges and disputes in minutes.
How long is the service active?
Normally in a few business days: we set up your instance, validate your business information, upload your first subscriptions and deliver the training to start the first collection cycle.
